  • sites in England, Scotland and Wales
  • proposals with a gross development value (GDV) of £1.25 million and above
  • multi-unit developments of houses or apartments
  • new build and conversions
  • schemes that have up to 25% commercial value
  • projects secured under optional or conditional contract
