Our regional office network lies at the heart of our business. Our expertise and market knowledge extends across five regional offices, giving us national coverage and ensuring you get local service delivery.

Our headquarters and South East office is in Cobham, Surrey.

We opened our first regional office in Rugby, Warwickshire, in 1999, shortly followed by an office in Preston, Lancashire. In 2004 we opened an office in Wylye, Wiltshire, to service the South West.

The teams in each office have great on-the-ground experience of their local markets. It gives them a real understanding of the quality of the opportunity they are funding, which can be a great enhancement to the relationship with you and service they can provide.

Wolsey opens office in Scotland

In October 2007, we opened our office in Scotland.

Scotland has always been a strong market for Wolsey clients, and the opening of this office reflects our strategy of providing local expertise in all our key markets.

Led by Peter Howard, MD for Wolsey Scotland, this office is based in Edinburgh.

Wolsey is currently funding 15 sites in Scotland.
