Development Directors
We stand apart because of our uniquely qualified team of Development Directors. As highly experienced former Managing Directors of UK housebuilding firms, they can bring a wealth of expertise and industry knowledge to the development process.
Each development is assigned a Development Director who manages the development funding from project conception to completion. Their support is there for our clients to draw on as they wish throughout the development process.
Accounts team
Development Directors are backed up by an outstanding regional accounts operation on hand to service clients’ needs, with national co-ordination incorporating bespoke management and reporting tools to ensure the funding programme runs smoothly.
Sales and marketing
Development Directors can provide, where appropriate, support with sales and marketing, and guidance on strategy for implementation.
Independent relationships
Our independence means we can work with a wide range of banking institutions to provide ‘senior debt’ alongside our funding, including most high street banks.
It all adds up to a unique and highly focused residential development funding capability for clients to draw on.
